Application:

     Estradiol is a natural estrogen mainly secreted by mature ovarian follicles in the body. The effect is similar to and stronger than that of estradiol. It can promote the development of sexual organs, cause endometrial hyperplasia and shedding, produce periodic menstruation, inhibit the secretion of gonadotropins and prolactin by the anterior pituitary gland, and counteract the effects of estrogen.
     It can be used for synthesizing estrogen drugs. Used for functional uterine bleeding, primary amenorrhea, menopausal syndrome, and prostate cancer.
