Sodium Tartrate can be used as chelating agent; Sour taste adjuster; Buffer agent; Emulsified salt; antioxidant; Antioxidant enhancer. A flavoring agent for refreshing drinks, sake, etc. Combining with tartaric acid can soften its sour taste. Also used for oils, jams, jellies, margarine, meat products, and sausages.
