Product introduction:
Infiglatinib is an effective and selective FGFR inhibitor that acts on FGFR1/2/3, with an IC50 of 0.9 nM/1.4 nM/1 nM. Its selectivity towards FGFR is over 40 times higher than that towards FGFR4 and VEGFR2, and it has almost no inhibitory activity against Abl, Fyn, Kit, Lck, Lyn, and Yes. It selectively binds and inhibits FGFR activity to block downstream signaling cascades, inducing tumor tissue cell death by continuously reducing cancer cell proliferation. Suitable for the treatment of previously treated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma in adult patients with fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) fusion or other FDA approved rearrangements.
