Application:

    Loratadine is an antihistamine drug that exhibits high selectivity towards peripheral nerve Hi receptors, with strong and long-lasting effects. Belonging to long-acting tricyclic antihistamines, it competitively inhibits histamine Hi receptors and suppresses allergic symptoms caused by histamine. No significant anticholinergic or central inhibitory effects. Used to alleviate symptoms related to allergic rhinitis, as well as to alleviate symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.
