Application:

    Keverprazan hydrochloride is mainly used to treat duodenal ulcers and reflux esophagitis. It is a potassium ion competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) with rapid, stable, and long-lasting acid suppressing effects
Acid inhibition mechanism
    Keverprazan directly inhibits gastric acid secretion by competitively binding to the potassium ion binding site of H+/K+- ATPase (proton pump) in parietal cells, without the need for activation in a strong acidic environment. This mechanism enables Keverprazan to exhibit excellent acid suppression effects, with fast onset, stable effects, and long duration.
