Application:

Ensartinib is mainly used to treat ALK positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), especially in patients who have progressed or become intolerant after previous treatment with crizotinib. Ensartinib is an oral small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that can specifically inhibit the activity of ALK (anaplastic lymphoma kinase), thereby blocking the growth and division signals of tumor cells
